Our Process 

We are well-equipped to cater to clients who require windows for heavy-duty machinery, cranes, loaders, marine vessels, motorhomes, buses, and coaches. Our windows are manufactured as one-offs, allowing us to offer mitred or raked windows without restrictions. We can also accommodate rounded corners with a radius of up to 100mm, using heavy-duty frames available as double, single sliders, or fixed.

Our medium-duty frames can accommodate up to a 63mm radius and are available as single sliders or fixed while only using toughened safety glass that complies with Australian safety standards. Moreover, our window extrusions are designed to accommodate acrylic or toughened safety glass options bonded with ceramic bands to ensure their durability and longevity. 

CNC Cutting and Design

Utilising advanced CNC machining technology, we offer precise and consistent cutting and design services. With a bed size of 3000X1500mm, our CNC machine can efficiently cut through most materials up to 6 inches thick (152mm). Combined with our expertise in CAD software, our team can transform concepts into finished products, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
